We are looking for a data-driven Sales and Marketing Operations Executive to support the Sales and Marketing department for one of our business units - Quick Retailing and her brands in its primary and administrative duties.

What you will do

We are looking for a data-driven Sales and Marketing Operations Executive to support the Sales and Marketing department for one of our business units - Quick Retailing and her brands in its primary and administrative duties.

What we look for

• Manage and oversee the marketing and business operation

• Responsible for all correspondence, emails, meeting arrangements and phone calls

• Maintain and update products on online sales channel (website, Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, etc)

• Prepare Invoicing promptly and where needed, work with sales teams to influence early payment

• Maintain documentation and filing system

• Organizing and keying in data for client/company orders

• Arrange shipments and prepare relevant documents

• Reporting on inventory turnover

• Assist in day-to-day office operations.

• Perform ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
